
The last part of the presentation I gave was centred around a flow chart that I put together. One for initially establishing – is their breathing good enough, or is there a dysfunction. Dependent on Yes or No, this then led down a decision tree that has a brief outline of what could follow.
The second chart was helpful for me to put together – as I have been considering how I split breathwork and where it can be integrated in a way that is useful for an athlete. This can then have time frames overlaid (ie which to do first, when to add in a new practice)

I can imagine that I will tinker with this – as a starting point I’m happy with what it looks like and how it can be applied.
