My first visit to the Costa Brava, meeting Pablo Rodriguez and discovering my love of the trails.
Why running matters?
Gives me space to think, be aware, enjoy the outdoors – different seasons, temperatures, environments, views. Keeps me close to nature. Good for my physical and mental health.
Running plans for the future?
More holiday adventures and retreats – and I would love to in the snow. Helping others feel comfortable in their own skin, challenging themselves, perhaps achieving something they didn’t think possible but most of all finding enjoyment, play and social interaction.
