What running means to me
Getting me moving and as I’m getting older someone’s voice in my head making me thinking, “I shouldn’t limit myself as I get older.”
Favourite place to run
Westbay in Westgate.
Fave memory
Listening to very good music, feeling so elated I’ve felt the need to stop and have a little dance.
Why running matters
I know you can have lots of posh kit – equally you can put on a pair of trainers, walk out of your front door and just do it. I like the fact that older people and children can do it, seeing the range of people who run at Park Run made it feel quite democratic.
Running plans for future
I want to get up to the point when friends of mine have moved close by, I am able to complete a Park run running.
