What running means to you?
Running means a lot to me, it has taught me many lessons I have taken into my daily life, connected my more with my surrounding and introduced me to some incredible people. Running has provided me opportunities and inspired me in ways I never thought it would when I first decided to lace up turn that walk in a run.
Best running memory
So many, but the one that has changed so much for me was the day I ran for 24 hours dedicating every hour to gratitude… Run Grateful was born!
Favourite place to run
As long as I am out I am happy, but I do enjoy running around my home town
Why running matters?
Running matters as it’s something I lean into for support, inspiration, connection and freedom. I am lucky enough to move in this way so use it as a super power and use it a vehicle to do good in the world
Running plans for the future.
Continue to push forwards with the Run Gratitude vision of connecting the world through movement and gratitude & on a personal level, just continue to get out as much I can and let me feet do the talking!
