What does running mean to you:
It means a lot, I’ve been running since I was 15. My parents got me into it, my mum ran 5 marathons, which inspired me to run and my godfather who is John Regis, so that obviously helped as well. I come from a sporting background
Favourite place to run:
The Harbour Wallbanger each year – about 7k race on the sand. It’s rally tough, I like the challenge
Your best running memory:
2013, my first London marathon, even though I really struggled it was an amazing experience. You can’t beat the marathons.
Why does running matter?
Since Park Run started I’ve noticed a lot more people running – in terms of fitness and just having a healthy life. It’s really beneficial for other sports as well.
Running plans for the future:
I’d love to do all of the World Abbott Majors, This year I’m doing the Paris marathon
