2022 and time to start what I’ve been planning and working towards for the last 3 years.
The above picture is a perfect representation of what I want to achieve, coaching people from something less organised to one of calmness and clearer direction.
I’m starting a monthly coaching subscription service – BtM, with a focus on developing individuals to reach the goals that they have in mind. Using a combination of movement, breath, thought and community I want to help. Focusing on running and breath (my main passions) these can be the foundations to reaching something far greater.
I’ll be creating monthly coaching plans, based on agreed goals, to help work towards this.
