Letenesbet Gidey

Sometimes pictures are so much more effective than words. I had the pleasure of watching Letenesbet Gidey run an astonishing new half marathon world record, at Valencia this morning. Her form was so strong and beautiful throughout. I went back and screen recorded her around 53/54 minutes (so well into her race, when people begin to fall off a little) and she looks so relaxed, composed and great.
