It’s rare – but nice to see your name in print.

I had responded to a call from Like the Wind to submit a story about a particular Strava segment that had some meaning for you. With Lockdown last year removing any and all competitive running I focussed on various personal things as I trained. One being 5k / 10k times (which I also used to compare the Alphaflys to the Vaporflys).

I had completely forgotten about above until I read the advert in the most recent issue. There was a moment when I read my name and had that – oh look that’s the same name as me – moment before I realised it was me. The feeling of warmth and joy at seeing my story being used was throoughly enjoyable.
