One of the most handy movements I’ve picked up from the Gary Ward mentorship is the above hip extension movement. The first time I did this it was pretty amazing to me just how much I felt it and how little I must have managed to achieve in the past.

What’s really effective about this is the physical feedback you get, when you manage to couple everything properly. Doing this with a picture of why it works properly in your mind, for some (certainly me) can help in getting the movement right.
